Montessori House Simeonka Manova
Simeonka Manova is a cofounder and business consultant of the school.
She speaks five languages and holds Master in Economics and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy). Since 2003 is working for one of the most important financial institutions in Europe - Unicredit Group as a senior associate in credit risk management. Herinnate curiosity for people’s model of the world and natural instinct to pace and help them get the best out of themselves brought her to NLP and coaching in 2011 in London. Since 2012 she is also coaching managers and employees inside her company. Currently, she is an ACC certified coach by the International Coach Federation in the USA.
In addition to her full-time job, she is also coaching children and teenage sportsmen (tennis players) to discover and unfold their hidden potential, to overcome anxiety, to understand anger and face fears, to gain self-confidence. She adores observing how children grow as self-confident and serene individuals. During that her experience she got aware what an impact parents’ expectations could have on children’s performance. In fact often, it is the parent or the parent-child relationship that needs and benefits from coaching so as to become solid, mature, relaxed, and supportive.
For her, a better world can be achieved only through improving ourselves and hence, an education of our children that discloses their potential, virtues, talent, creativity, and independence is the first and most important step toward it.
In her free time she enjoys reading books, doing yoga, swimming, dancing, meeting friends, and studying foreign languages.
