Aaron Lockridge, AMI Montessori Guide, Lake Country Montessori School, MN, USA

Aaron has been fortunate to be involved with Montessori for the majority of his life. His first experience was as a Montessori child having gone through a Montessori school from age 2 ½ through age 13. After finishing his high school and college education he found himself working at the very same Montessori school he went to as a child. Having decided to pursue Montessori education as an adult, he received his Primary Montessori diploma from the Montessori Training Center of Minnesota, as well as his Masters of Education from Loyola University in Maryland. He is currently in his third joyful year as a Montessori guide in his childhood Children’s House. Beyond working in a Children’s House environment, he is also very active in the Montessori community. He is a member of both AMI and NAMTA. Aaron serves on two committees, as well as help give workshops and open houses for current and prospective parents at his school. He is a regular volunteer at the Montessori Training Center of Minnesota through helping with funding drives, and being a mentor to new trainees as well as newly graduated guides. He reads trainee album work, has created and maintain the training center’s facebook alumni page, and coordinate and host reunion events.

Veselka Tsocheva, Managing Partner of ConsulTeam Human Capital Bulgaria

Vesselka holds a MBA Degree from Sofia University and has studied Marketing in Bologna University, Italy. She started her carrier in the HR field in 1995 as Training Specialist going through the positions of HR Consultant, HR Manager, Project Manager, and Business Development Manager. Vesselka has worked in the corporate sector - at Shell Bulgaria and Royal Foods as well as in the consulting field for companies such as - Ernst &Young, etc. She has also tutored during HR and Organizational Behavior classes at the Sofia University "ST. Kliment Ohridski". Since 2000 Vesselka works for the Consulteam Group and currently manages the operations of the largest Business Unit of the Group in Bulgaria. Vesselka's main area of expertise is Sales, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Coaching. She is certified NLP Master Practitioner and Thomas Expert, as well as is in the process of attending the European Coaching Certification with ICF. Vesselka is a mother of 7 years old.


Diane Moncilovich Parr - Superior, Wisconsin, USA

Diane Parr has been a professional educator for 37 years. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. She received her BA degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and a Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin – Superior. She has pursued research on Alpine Wild Flowers near Sheridan, Montana. She is certified by the State of Wisconsin to teach all science subject areas grades 7 through 12. Her area of particular passion is in the biological and environmental sciences.
Her teaching experiences include classes at the High School, Middle/Junior High School, University of Wisconsin – Superior, as well as a visiting instructor for pre-school and elementary classes. She has served as the cooperating teacher and mentor for many student teachers from local universities.
Her classroom was known for its stimulating environment enhanced by hands on activity based instruction. A stream water monitoring unit she developed for the Middle School Science program has provided base line water quality data for a local state park. She served on and headed several committees to oversee the curriculum and worked with administrators to promote best practices in the discipline. She helped to write the curriculum guidelines for elementary level science instruction for the School District of Superior.
Mrs. Parr, recently retired, has joined the Science Faculty at University of Wisconsin-Superior as a Senior Lecturer teaching a course on Science Education Methods for students intending to become teachers. She looks forward to traveling to new and familiar locations as well as camping, gardening, hiking, hunting, baking, and needlecraft. She is married to geologist, David. They have two sons. Diane and David have visited Bulgaria.


Nikolina Sirishnishka-Kostova, Sales and Marketing Manager in Bulgarian Land Development EAD, Sofia.

Nikolina holds a bachelor degree in French linguistic from New Bulgarian University in Sofia and is fluent both in French and English.
She has excellent experience with children and adores them. Nikolina has started in the far 1992 in Genève, Switzerland as a baby- sitter and worked in a row for a few summers. She has spent a whole summer in a girl scouts American camp in Long Island.
Since 2001 she moved to the real estate section/domain. Since then she is dealing with luxury residential properties, office, retails facilities and investment packages.
Nikolina worked for Colliers International. At present she is a Sales and Marketing manager and is responsible for one of the landmark commercial projects in Sofia – Polygraphia Office Center.
She is happily married for 9 years.


Zornitsa Andinova, Human Resources Professional

Zornitsa has obtained MBA degree from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia in 1998. She is a Human Resources professional with more than 8 years experience in a HR Management and administration role. Her main strengths include recruitment strategy and delivery, payroll and benefit administration, training and development and performance management, providing advice and guidance on Bulgarian labour relations.
Her diverse industry background includes aviation and tourism industry, information technology and clinical research area within international companies. Zornitsa enjoys delivery, design and implementation of all HR has to offer with focus on potential growth of people in organization. She has energy to influence implementation of new HR software system which was successfully launched for the whole management structure in Sofia Airport, also initiated and developed staff performance assessment process for Globaltech Bulgaria. She has driven business decisions with implications on people in newly opening Holiday Inn Sofia project, where created HR Guidance book, provided quality recruitment for 130 positions and established an orientation program for new hires.
Her ability to see complex projects through to completion, working in collaboration with people, was highly recognized by Quintiles’ Management in successfully implementation of ‘Corporate On-boarding Training Program’, leading specific projects for local, regional and global HR initiatives. Her people-oriented skills have been demonstrated in coordination of the corporate Q-Day initiative with encouraging employees to volunteer in local community activities in 2009.
She loves travelling and skiing.
